This unique position, which blends Radical Hospitality and Guest Services is ideal for a customer service-oriented individual who loves to interact with guests both in person and by phone. The ideal candidate will work with the team in fostering a welcoming environment for all. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering box office calls and emails, selling tickets and answering guest questions on site prior to performances, helping guests with accessibility needs, supporting the Radical Hospitality team with ushering, scanning tickets, and other front of house tasks as needed. This position will require a flexible schedule with evening and weekend work and may require the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
